James Jackson

For more than 15 years, James has worked at the intersection of people, performance and growth: building businesses, developing partnerships and working with leaders across healthcare, consulting and professional services.
His career has taken him from medical technology and negotiation consulting to M&A and commercial leadership, giving him a front-row seat to how organisations grow and the role people play in making that growth possible.
Along the way, one thing became increasingly clear: the organisations that thrive are the ones that invest in the humans behind them. Strategy, technology and ambition matter, but ultimately it is people who lead, create, adapt, make decisions and drive change.
James co-founded We Almighty to help organisations unlock more of that potential, making it radically easier to connect their people with the right human expertise, at the right moment.

Ten years ago, Mikaela quit her job to build She Almighty, a coaching business dedicated to empowering women to become their most powerful and impactful selves. Since then, she has worked with thousands of women to navigate their careers, leadership, businesses and lives.
As a champion of women and human potential, Mikaela has spent the last decade exploring what makes people thrive and what becomes possible when they have the confidence, clarity and support to step into their potential. She felt so strongly about this work that she wrote a book about it: You Are Meant for Something Bigger.
Now, ten years after founding She Almighty, she has co-founded We Almighty to take that mission further - championing the human and making powerful, transformative conversations accessible to more people.
